Show the First Video. How Do Computers Work from Intel: Journey Inside the Computer
  1. Hand out web diagram.
  2. Cover the 4 categories. select real player and high speed and choose save. Select fullscreen mode under view menu. http://educate.intel.com/en/TheJourneyInside/ExploreTheCurriculum/EC_IntroductionToComputers/ICLesson2/
  3. Break students into 4 groups and have them identify the parts inside the computer using a wordbank onthe overhead.
  4. Review answers and ask for other examples of 4 categories. See vocabulary.
